To avail this service follow the procedure explained below,
Make sure you are using your mobile number registered with the bank,goto the phone’s dialer and dial *99# call the number and you will be asked to input the first 4 digits of the ‘IFSC’ code for your bank,after you input first 4 digits of your code you will get access to following options:-(Options may be different depending on your bank)
1)BalanceInq
2)Mini Stmt
3)Fund Transfer-MMID
4)Fund Transfer-A/c no
5)Know MMID
6)Change MPIN
7)Generate OTP
As soon as you select a option you will see the result or guided with the further instructions.
